Click on the folder icon and upload you saved file.
Select "Tools" then "translate document".
Type in a new title for this translated version, and select a language, then press "translate".

Click on the camera icon
Hold the camera above the text you wish to translate and read the translation on your phone.

Hold the camera above the document you wish to scan and save.
Upload your paper document to google docs, select "tools" then "translate document".
